How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Our aim is to process your return on the same day we receive the item in our warehouse. The maximum length of time it may take will be 4 working days. You will receive confirmation emails when your Return has been processed via the email address linked to your account.

Is it worth emailing or calling Kings Fishing to verify my order / return?

It is not necessary to call Kings to verify any data linked to an order or return. If, however, you are worried about a particular item, do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavor to help.

What happens if my order does not arrive after waiting a reasonable amount of time?

Kings Fishing takes pride in offering an unrivaled service, but in the event of an order not arriving on time, please contact us.

What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it?

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
